  • Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance providers. Our Admin Staff will verify your benefits when you complete the intake paperwork.. Please note that verification of benefits does not guarantee payment, and clients are responsible for the full cost of sessions.   • Yes, we offer sliding scale amounts as well as lower rates for LPC-Associates and Practicum Students (when available).

  • Our Admin Staff is available Monday through Thursday, 10am-4pm. Clinicians work by appointment only, with availability varying. You can discuss availability with your clinician.

  • We are located conveniently near I-45 just inside The Woodlands, our office is in a serene forest setting. Plenty of free parking is available. Our office address is 2203 Timberloch Place Suite 128, The Woodlands, Texas.

  • We provide individual, couples, and family therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns. Visit our Services Page to learn more.

  • We do not prescribe medication but collaborate with trusted psychiatric providers for referrals if needed.

  • Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPC Associates) are licensed to offer clinical services under supervision. They provide therapy at reduced rates but cannot accept insurance yet.

  • We accept all major credit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards. Your payment information is stored on our secure server.

  • Please complete all online forms 24 hours before your first session. If bringing a child, include any additional forms requested and relevant custody or court documents, if applicable.

  • Sessions typically last 45-55 minutes, but duration may vary based on your needs and goals. Initial sessions may be longer.

  • In the first session, your counselor will get to know you and discuss your goals for therapy. Subsequent sessions will focus on building trust and addressing your specific concerns.

  • To schedule an appointment, visit our Contact page and provide the necessary details. Our Admin Staff will contact you to answer any questions or will connect you with the requested or best fit clinician.

  • Yes, research shows that online therapy is highly effective and provides similar outcomes to in-person therapy.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel by contacting your clinician directly, responding to the reminder text, or leaving a voicemail at 903-977-0121 with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

  • New clients begin with an initial session to determine if we're the right fit. This session allows you to share background information, learn about our services, and plan your next steps.

  • Appointment availability varies by clinician, but appointments are usually available within 1-2 weeks.

  • No, we currently do not have a psychiatrist on staff.

  • Our staff Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors. At times, we have Licensed Professional Counselor Associates with availability.

  • We are not a detox center and do not offer methadone or suboxone treatment, but we provide outpatient services for those recovering from substance abuse.

  • We are an outpatient facility, offering flexible treatment options that allow clients to receive care while continuing their daily routines
