Session Cost
Standard Rate:

$50 to $80 per group therapy session
This is an affordable rate for high-quality therapy services. Many practices charge $200 or more, but we strive to make our services accessible without compromising on care.
Sliding Scale Program
We offer a Sliding Scale program. This program allows individuals to pay for services out-of-pocket at a rate that they agree on with their clinician.
We are committed to making quality mental health care accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. Our Sliding Scale Program is designed to provide a flexible payment option for clients who choose to pay out-of-pocket for their therapy services.
Through this program, you and your clinician will work together to determine a rate that fits your financial circumstances while ensuring you receive the care you need. This individualized approach allows us to support clients from diverse financial backgrounds while maintaining our dedication to providing exceptional therapeutic services.
The Sliding Scale Program is available for individual, couples, and family therapy services. Please note that rates are agreed upon in advance and may vary depending on factors such as session length, the type of service provided, and the clinician’s qualifications.

Affordable Care Program (When Available)
When available, we offer an income-based Affordable Care Program for individuals and families who may need financial assistance. This program allows you to access counseling with our Counselor Associates, who provide therapy under the direct supervision of a licensed professional.
We understand that cost can be a barrier to receiving mental health care. That's why we offer affordable options to help you access the therapy you need.

Affordable Care for All: If you’re seeking affordable therapy, we offer options that don’t require insurance and are available to those with financial constraints.
Affordable Therapy Options

Counselor Associates: When available, you may meet with a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). These counselors have completed their master’s level education and provide therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed professional. Rates for LPC-A sessions start at $65 per session.

Practicum Students: If you're interested in working with someone still completing their master’s level education, we offer affordable sessions with Practicum Students under supervision. These sessions are available at just $30 per session.
Insurance We Accept
Insurance companies we accept: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, United Healthcare/Optum, Medicare, and Tricare (Coming Soon). Note: We are not in-network with Carelon, Magellan, Ambetter, Anthem BCBS (uses Carelon for behavioral health), or Medicaid. If you're seeking private pay, we’ll work with you to find an affordable rate.
We are in-network with most major insurance providers. If your insurance is accepted, your out-of-pocket expense is typically a copay or co-insurance (provided your deductible has been met). Insurance can be confusing, but we’re here to help! Our dedicated admin team will verify your benefits before your first session to make the process as easy as possible.
Please note that while we verify benefits, this does not guarantee full payment from your insurance provider. In cases where payment is not covered, clients are responsible for the full cost of sessions.
